Scrumping with my first pay cheque

Today is cold, well cold for Melbourne at this time of year (12 degrees this morning). I have had a cold for the past few days so with Little Miss A at playgroup all day I am planning on resting, eating and doing a bit of drawing.

This weekend I went on a bit of a spending spree with my first pay in 2 and a half years! I bought this cute little ring from Victoria Mason at her studio. Visiting her shop/studio was so overwelming, all of her jewellery is just the sort of thing I love, but I did restrain myself and bought one ring for me and a pair of earings for a friends birthday.

I also bought a be-uuuuuu-tiful vintage dress which I'm going to wear tomorrow (Little Miss A has her first playdate at a friends house) so I'll take some photos.

It is such an amazing to feeling once again have my own money and be able to contribute.

Dress: Leona Edminson
Top: Genki
Brooch: gift
Ring: Victoria Mason
